Company records, personal papers, oral histories and media from British computing and its export trade. The reading room is free and open by appointment; the Norberg Shield exists to cover the train fare.

Visiting
Tuesday to Friday, 09:30–16:30. Order material at least five working days ahead; larger accessions held offsite in Hertfordshire need a fortnight. Bring photo ID.
Depositing records
We accept papers documenting the design, sale, maintenance and use of computing systems in the UK and its former markets. Speak to the curator before a clear-out, including media you assume is unreadable.
